From February 14, 2020, users of the Public Procurement System of the Republic of Croatia can validate qualified or advanced electronic signature/seal on the documents by »FINA Validator« through the EOJN RH.
FINA Validator is a new Financial Agency online service that allows users to verify the validity of a qualified or advanced electronic signature/seal through a web application.
FINA Validator is an online service implemented through the CEF project "eSeal & Signature Validation Service Croatia" with participation of the Ministry of Economy, Entrepreneurship and Crafts, Financial Agency and Official Gazette, joint-stock company (Narodne novine d.d.)
All registered users of the Public Procurement System of the Republic of Croatia may use the FINA validator to validate advanced electronic signatures or seals on documents exchanged between the contracting authority and the economic operators by electronic communication. Digital signature/seal verification is optional.
